1996 saw the emergence of the Tarantino Babies, films that were released hoping to capture the essence of Pulp Fiction. One such film, written by actor-turned-screenwriter Jon Favreau and directed by Doug Liman was Swingers, about a late 20s Los Angeles newcomer and his hip if clueless friends.
